Men's tennis team's win streak ends at four

2008 BRUNSWICK, Maine -- The Bowdoin College men's tennis team earned a 5-4 win over Bates to return to .500 for the season in a match played Thursday evening at Farley Field House. The No. 21 ranked Polar Bears (6-6) have won four of their last five matches, while No. 27 Bates (7-3 overall, 7-2 vs. Division III; 1-2 NESCAC) sees its four-match win streak come to an end. Ben Stein and Amrit Rupasinghe picked up a point for Bates at No. 1 doubles. Earning singles wins for the Bobcats were Mike Reiss at No. 3, Max Berger at No. 4 and Danilo Acosta at No. 6.
