On Saturday, April 25, 2009, Bates alumni, current students, parents, families and friends will join together for the fifth National Day of Service, providing volunteer service to local communities in 20 locations coast to coast. Working together in your area, you will have a hands-on opportunity to celebrate our legacy of community service in partnership with local organizations working to improve life in your hometown. Since the program began, over 500 people have participated. We hope you can join us this year!
