Scott was graduated from Bates and holds a master's degree from Oregon State University. He taught at Phillips Exeter Academy for eleven years and at Saint Joseph's College in Standish, ME for the past nineteen years. He is happy to be back at Bates for the academic year. He is interested in improving public school math education.
