2007-2008: Served as co-captain, returning to the team after a fall semester abroad in Alicante, Spain.... In Bates' 9-0 shutout over Southern Maine in March, Sherman defeated Adam Mitchell (SM), 6-0, 6-0 at No. 5 singles.
