Trinity, ranked No. 3 in New England and No. 22 in the nation, improves to 8-2 overall and 4-2 in the NESCAC, while the Bobcats fall to 5-5 overall and 1-5 in the league. John Graves put the Bantams on top 1-0 with a goal by John Graves, but Bates sophomore forward Dae Ro Lee (Yongin, South Korea) scored his second goal of the season on an assist by sophomore Chris LaBrecque (Falmouth, Maine) in the 74th minute to knot the game at 1-1. Bantam goalie Zac Trudeau made nine saves and Bobcat first-year goalie Greg Watts (West Chester, Pa.) had seven saves. Bates will play host to non-conference opponent MIT on Wednesday at 4 p.m. before heading back on the road to play at NESCAC rival Middlebury on Saturday at 1 p.m. |
