November 10, 2008 - 7:30pm at the Museum of Art

Novelist Miriam Colwell reads from and discusses her work and the publication of her most recent book "Contentment Cove." Born in 1917, in Prospect Harbor, Colwell has depicted small town Maine with authority. She was the lifelong companion of artist and author Chenoweth Hall, and was a central figure in Maine's Modernist art community.

.

Co-sponsored by Women and Gender Studies and the Department of English.
