2009: Played in 25 games including 22 starts for the Bobcats mainly as the right fielder...Fourth on the team in batting average (.333)...Third on the team in hits (23)...Second on the team in RBI's (14)...Tied for the fewest strike-outs on the team (3)...Went 2-2 on stolen base attempts...Finished the season with three doubles, 14 RBI and 26 total bases.
2008: Started 28 games.... Concluded the season with a batting average of .241, a slugging average of .329, 19 hits, nine runs, twelve RBIs, on on-base percentage of .315 and a fielding percentage of .873 with 15 putouts and 40 assists...Named to the NESCAC Softball All-Academic Team.
2007: Named Academic All-America by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association, for maintaining a minimum 3.50 grade point average for the 2006-07 academic year and contributing to the team.... Started 22 games.... Concluded the season with 17 hits, six runs batted in, and took a total of 17 bases.... In March, Citrin went 2 for 4, driving in two runs against Eastern Nazarene.
2006: Batted .321 with a .411 slugging percentage, ranking fourth on the team in both categories.

High School: Citrin was a 3rd baseman of the softball team, the No. 1 singles player on the tennis team, and the No. 1 racer on the ski team. Citrin lettered three times for softball, four times for tennis, and three times for skiing. She was featured in both the Westmore News and Journal News. She served as a captain and All-League qualifier for all three teams. Citrin was recognized for All-Section honorable mention in softball and All-Section in skiing. Citrin also received the Ted Reed Memorial Award. In addition to athletics, she established herself as a leader, serving as a class officer, editor-in-chief of the Literary Magazine, and secretary of the French Club. She also played the oboe in the Area All-State Band.
Personal: Serves as the Hillel secretary, the Central Maine Adaptive Sports ski coach, and is principle oboe in the Bates College Orchestra. Citrin also qualified for the Dean's List and volunteers for Bates Buddies. |
