Colby, Bates and Bowdoin Colleges invite you to join us at our annual Graduate and Professional School Fair to be held on October 26th and 27th, 2009.. Typically, more than 500 undergraduate students from the three campuses participate in this historically successful event. As you and your admissions staff make your recruiting travel plans, we hope that you will include this fair on your schedule.

The timing of the CBB Graduate and Professional Fair enables you to conveniently visit all three colleges over a two-day period. The tour starts with Colby College in the north in the afternoon of October 26th from

3:30 – 5:30 PM, heads south to Bates College on the morning of October 27th from 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM and finishes on the coast at Bowdoin College in the afternoon from 3:30 – 5:00 PM.

A program fee of $225.00 reserves your institution a 6-8 foot table at all three fair locations. There is no discount in the registration fee for not registering for all locations. A light buffet will also be provided at each college.

All institutions will be wait-listed until payment is received in full; no tables will be held in reserve for late registrants. An email confirmation will be sent to your institution’s contact person once payment has been received. No registrations will be taken after 5:00 PM on October 2nd, 2009

We recommend that you register as soon as possible since space is limited at Colby and Bowdoin. Bates can; however, accommodate more attendees.
