Changing Your Password in Notify Link/Meeting Maker

A. On your Computer:

1. Open a Web Browser and go to the following web address:
http://vmnode48.bates.edu/client/

2. In the Authentication Required Window enter your Bates Username and Password, Click OK.

3. At the NotifyLink Enterprise Console enter your Username and Password, Click Submit. Your Username will need to include @bates.edu

Note: If you do not know your NotifyLink password click the "Did you forget your password?" link. Enter your email address and click the "Send My Password" button. Your password will appear in your email inbox. Use this password to login to NotifyLink. You can change your NotifyLink password in Step 5.

4. In the right pane, Click on the Accounts button.

5. Your New Password will need to be entered in the following locations:

Email Account Information:

Reset Mailbox Password:

Confirm Password:

Calendar Server: mmaker.bates.edu/notifylink/

Reset Calendar Password:

Confirm Calendar Password:

6. Scroll to the bottom of the window.

7. Click the Apply Changes (A) button.

8. On the top of the Window you will see a message that your password(s) have been changed.

9. Scroll back to the bottom of the window.

10. Click on the Logout (B) button.
