Masters (Mill Valley, Calif.) had a match-high 10 kills and one attack error on 15 attempts for a .600 attack percentage, while Pyne (Atherton, Calif.) tallied seven kills and no errors on 10 attempts (.778). Sophomore setter Grace Haessler (Portland, Ore.) had a match-high 29 assists and six service aces in the victory, while first-year Nicole Russell (Boca Raton, Fla.) had a match-high 11 digs. Senior Tess Dokus (Fairport, N.Y.) added five kills. Sarah Hawkes led the host Monks (12-9) with four kills. Bates (9-4) will play a pair of NESCAC matches this weekend at Bowdoin College: against Tufts Friday night at 8 p.m., and against Bowdoin Saturday at 11 a.m. |
