Q:
Hi,
Would it be possible to have Raspberry Stonyfield yogurt (fat free)?  Thanks!
A: This flavor is no longer available to us.

Q: Thank you for the rotating flavors of hummus. It's nice to have options other than just the plain flavor. Since it is Fall, could we have pumpkin hummus? It sounds interesting, and I'm sure it'll taste amazing.
A: Yes, we can try this. Keep an eye out for it.

Q:
I think that commons should look into putting mozzarella cheese (preferably fresh) into its repertoire.  This would facilitate the making of mozzarella, tomato, and spinach salads.  Your consideration of this matter is much appreciated. Thanks from across the pond.
A: I will consider it, but it does not look good.

Q:
Put toothpicks around commons please.
A: Can do.

Q:
I would like to suggest that CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM be served at Sunday's Sundae Bar. EVERYONE LOVES CHOCOLATE!
A: Can do.

Q: I have noticed that over the past 2 weeks, there have been no Honey-nut Chex. Is there a reason that the cereal disappears for periods of time? (it did the same last year). Please get some more!
A: This is not something we can control, we are are the mercy of our purveyor who has not been able to get it. As soon as they have it we will.

Q: The cheese lasagna offered at the Brick oven was great, as is the one normally offered at the Euro-Station. Can we have that more often please?
A: It is a possibilty.

Q: Thanks for posting many of the gluten free offerings on the online menu. Can you also however please post the gluten free pizza and pasta offerings as well. Thanks!
A: Your Welcome!

Q: I'm just wondering why commons is so cold? I realize there must be a legitimate reason, because I doubt you would spend money on AC for nothing. Just wondering :-) Thank you!
A: Actually there is no ac in the New Commons, this is a self ventilating building so the cold you feel is a direct result of the state in which we live. To combat this, because there will be no heat till the central steam plant is fired up,. we turned off the make-up air which is part of the hood system ( those stainless steel items suspended from the ceiling over the cooking stations). This is possible because of the time of the year, but we can not use the char-broiler. By doing this it slows the flow of air through the building and things will warm up.

Thank you for writing,

Christine
