Volleyball falls to conference power Williams at Hamilton

Sophomore Chrissy Gee (San Francisco, Calif.) had nine kills to lead the Bobcats (15-8, 1-7 NESCAC), while sophomore Grace Haessler (Portland, Ore.) passed out 26 assists. First-year Nicole Russell (Boca Raton, Fla.) had a team-high 13 digs. Senior Tess Dokus (Fairport, N.Y.) and sophomore Olivia Schow (Costa Mesa, Calif.) added six kills apiece, with Schow also contributing two service aces. Kate Anderson led the Ephs (17-8, 7-2 NESCAC) with 16 kills. Bates finishes up the 2009 season with a pair of NESCAC matches tomorrow at Hamilton. Bates plays the host Continentals at 11 a.m., followed by a match against Middlebury at 1:30 p.m. |
