Fields of interest: Entrepreneurship.
Farber received his M.B.A. degree with a specialty in finance from U.C.L.A.
Since 1980 he has taught full-time at the University of Maine at Augusta, where he is Professor of Business Administration. His main area of interest is in entrepreneurship. He also has been one of the pioneers in the University's distance learning program. Since 1987 he has taught accounting on a part-time basis at Bates.
