Each new student is assigned a Faculty Advisor. You will have an individual meeting with the advisor on the days prior to the beginning of classes. You may make any changes to your preregistration and finalize your semester schedule at that meeting. Throughout the first and second years, until you select your major, you may meet with your advisor at any time. Meetings with the advisor are required during the registration weeks. Some students have questions on receiving credit for courses taken previously. These courses can be reviewed by appointment with the Dean of Students. Other general questions pertaining to academic matters also can be addressed by the DOS office.
