The Access Control Office is located in the basement of Chase Hall.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Sunday hours may be offered at the beginning and end of the school year.

Saturday, September 5, 2:30pm to 5:00pm Access Control Office, Chase Hall (We will be issuing keys at student orientation prior to opening the office on Saturday. Since we have to move all of the equipment and keys from orientation  to the office, please be respectful of these hours.)

The first board plan meal will be Sunday, September 6, evening meal.

Key Return

You are responsible for returning your keys. Do not leave them in your room, give them to someone else to use or expect someone else to return them on your behalf. Keys are due within 24 hours of the end of your school year at Bates, leave of absence or withdrawal.

If you forgot to return your keys before you left campus, please contact the office at snattres@bates.edu. The keys may be mailed to: Access Control Office, Chase Hall, 56 Campus Ave, Lewiston, ME  04240. Attach the keys to a piece of cardboard or other material to prevent the key from tearing through the envelope while en route.
