Dining Services:

• Continues to reduce use of caustic chemicals in its operation.
  
• Has invested in reusable microfiber cleaning cloths that require no chemicals and no drying on non-porous surfaces, thus saving not only chemicals themselves but also laundering of drying cloths and/or reduction in paper towel usage
