Q: The Diablo sauce that's been showing up at meals lately is great (and kinda hot!) It would be awesome to see it served with chicken patties on Saturday, or at just more meals in general!
A:  Glad that you like it. We can certainly add it to the menu on Saturday. Thanks for writing.

Q: What happened to raspberry roasted butternut squash? It was my favorite!

Q: Where is the turkey dinner?
A: It has not gone anywhere.

Q: First of all, everything you all do is wonderful -- good food, good people. just one request - would it be at all possible to have vegan/non-diary pizza at the pizza bar on occassion? us lactose-intolerant and/or vegan kids would love to enjoy pizza too. there are some great soy cheeses available. maybe just once in a while? thanks so much.
A: Let me see what we can find. To be honest, we have not had the best of luck finding non-dairy cheeses that melts and hold very well. We will keep trying.

Oct 13, 2004:
Q: Can we please have the regular cinnamon back? All I seem to be able to find is the large jar of cinnamon and sugar mix?

Q: Would it at all be possible to put the Den's chai mix in the hot chocolate machine upstairs in Commons? In addition, what happened to the Splenda? I was so excited when I saw it appear for a week, but now it's gone! It was *sweet* white it lasted...
A: No, I'm sorry, but we cannot serve chai in Commons. As for the Splenda, we were out, but it is back. Thanks for writing.

Q: Is there any way that there could be sliced grilled chicken in the salad bar, as there seems to usually be in the Den? Thanks!!
A: It is on the rotation, but we can certainly look at having it available more often.

Q: I wrote a napkin note a while ago and no one has responded. I was wondering if maybe you did not get it or you just chose not to answer it. Anyway, my question was about the sugarfree maple nut cookies nutrition facts. Such as how much fat the calories, etc. Thanks!
A: No I did get your napkin and inadvertently filed it in my answered file, sorry. The information you requested is as follows:

Fat     3.12 gams
Calories   75

Thanks for writing!

Q: I was wondering if we could have garlic bread more than just one night a week. It's so good!
A: We can certainly look into that. Thanks for writing.

Q: Hi -  could you please put the labels back on the oils/vinegars on the salad bar? Tonight I accidentally had balsamic vinegar instead of soy sauce because there were no labels, and these condiments look very similar in the bottles...thanks!
A: No problem. We will take care of this today. Thanks for writing.

Oct 2, 2004:
Q: Can you get those Stoneyfield Smoothies that were served on the evening of the environmental dinner night in the Alumni Gym? Thanks!
A: This is probably not an option for Commons, but we are looking at it for the Den. Thanks for writing.
