Cheri Andrews won re-election to the board of selectmen in Provincetown, Mass., her third three-year term. She is the only Cape Cod native on the board.... All is well in the Lovell household, says Kathy Baker Lovell. When she’s not running the boys around, she divides her time volunteering at school, church, the library friends group, and a local health and wellness charity foundation... Annie Brown Voldman has been an actuary for over 20 years, self-employed for the past 10 specializing in the pension area.... Alan Constantian is close to retirement from the Air Force Medical Service and the start of a new career.... Diana Dalheim Thomas and her family are in Fairfield, Conn., where she hopes to turn her pastry making and baking experience into “something.”... Nancy Higgins says her firm, Marathon Capital Group, continues to grow. She notes that the interns from Bates via the Ladd internship program “have been invaluable in helping our business and it is a great way to hear first hand what is happening at the College.”... Donald Hill and his family spent a week during August 2003 at a ranch outside Glacier Park, creating two two-hour DVDs on workhorses. They returned this summer to produce some more installments in the series.... Cynthia Hobbs and husband Edmond Chaffee are immersed in paperwork in preparation for adopting a child. In the meantime, they enjoyed a trip to South Africa. She has been promoted to senior education specialist at the World Bank, which takes her to the Caribbean and South America.... Cathy Jamieson continues to do environmental work for the state of Vermont, while husband Greg is stationed in Iraq as part of the Vermont National Guard.... Jim Lammers is general counsel for Dart Container Corp. in East Lansing, Mich., where he lives with his wife, Kathy, and their three sons.... Doug Olney had five minutes of fame during a TV show about running and racing that aired in New York and Boston. He was shown running with the winner of the first New York City marathon.... Ed O’Neil has a book coming out with the AMA Press this year.... Lizette Panet-Raymond Greaves enjoys working as an academic tutor to English language learners at the high school level. She returned to Bates this May for the 35th anniversary of the Bates Modern Dance Company.... Cathy Richmond graduated cum laude from Vermont Law School in 2002, and passed the New Hampshire and Vermont bars. She practices estate planning, probate and real estate law in Hanover, N.H. For recreation, she and husband Tom Fulton are “slowly hiking all the 4,000-foot mountains in New Hampshire with our boys — on the 20-year-plus plan.”... Bud Schultz was one of six athletes honored by Maloney High School in Meriden, Conn., as part of the inaugural class of the Maloney Athletic Hall of Fame. Bud, who captained the basketball and tennis teams at Bates, cracked the top 40 world rankings in professional tennis and played in five grand-slam events, including a nationally televised appearance against top-seeded John McEnroe at the 1986 U.S. Open. He collected five wins against top-10 players before becoming a teaching professional.... John Spence enjoys life in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Janice. “I’m having fun doing some singing, attempting to play basketball at the Y, and connecting with lots of friends. I also direct the Texas Center for Service-Learning, which continues to provide me with ample opportunities to grow personally and professionally while supporting a concept and a practice that I love.”...
