Lance Fialkoff is with Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America. LEDA’s mission is to identify gifted minority high school students and bring them together for leadership training at Princeton Univ. The program starts in summer 2005.... CereMedix, Inc., a biotechnology company in Worcester, Mass., has appointed Steven Kates vice president of chemistry. ... David Matson is the minister at St. Nicholas Episcopal Church in Scarborough. The congregation, formed in 1988, completed construction of its first permanent home just two weeks after Matson became priest in charge in March. Congregants are interested in exploring different approaches to church services, such as lighting a bonfire the evening before Easter rather than sitting with candles in a darkened church.
