Dorothy Kennedy Price writes: "Since moving to Auburn 10 years ago it's been a joy to renew my connection to Bates - to become acquainted with faculty members and to attend some splendid programs and events the College offers to the whole community."... Gordon Williams notes that son Brian will receive an honorary degree from Bates in May. "In December, he succeeded Tom Brokaw on NBC Nightly News. I wish his brother, David '65, deceased and mother, Dode Pampel Williams '40, could share the day with me."
