{"id":1256,"date":"2018-09-20T11:54:04","date_gmt":"2018-09-20T15:54:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/accessible-education\/?page_id=1256"},"modified":"2018-09-25T08:54:29","modified_gmt":"2018-09-25T12:54:29","slug":"faculty-aim-portal","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/accessible-education-student-support\/faculty-aim-portal\/","title":{"rendered":"Faculty AIM Portal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Office of Accessible Education and Student Support\u00a0manages all of our student accommodations using Accessible Information Management (<a href=\"https:\/\/andes.accessiblelearning.com\/Bates\/instructor\">AIM<\/a>).\u00a0 Faculty have the option to login to <a href=\"https:\/\/andes.accessiblelearning.com\/Bates\/instructor\">AIM <\/a>with their Bates network credentials and view all students who have registered accommodations in their course(s) as well as view all exams that students have scheduled.<\/p>\n<p>1. Login to <a href=\"https:\/\/andes.accessiblelearning.com\/Bates\/instructor\">AIM <\/a>by visiting\u00a0https:\/\/andes.accessiblelearning.com\/Bates\/instructor<\/p>\n<p>2. Sign in using your Bates network credentials<\/p>\n<p>3. The homepage, or &#8220;overview&#8217; page,\u00a0 shows all students who have registered an accommodation for your course(s) for the current semester.<\/p>\n<p>4. Click &#8220;View&#8221; to left of a student&#8217;s name to see their faculty notification letter which lists their registered accommodations.<\/p>\n<p>5.
