All purchases that are paid for with College resources must be for goods and services that further the mission and academic programs of the College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In support of our local communities and the Maine economy, the college encourages the selection of local and Maine-made sources for the purchase of goods and services whenever it is applicable and financially reasonable to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purchases of tangible goods and equipment (such as computers, printers, cameras, etc.) that are paid for with College resources, including endowment funds, donor gifts, Federal and foundation grants and contracts, and general operating funds, are owned by the College and remain College property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To request a Purchase Order when requested or required by a vendor, please contact the Contract Office<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
