Associate Dean of Admission

Liz’s journey to Maine starts in a small Catholic school outside of Philadelphia. Looking for colder weather and a chance to abandon math, she attended Hamilton College where she majored in English, minored in environmental studies, and learned how to think. Outside of the classroom, she worked in Admission, played lacrosse, and led outdoor trips. After college she headed to Jackson, Wyoming for more time in the great outdoors. She returned to her native Philadelphia three years later to work at the University of Pennsylvania. During her time at Penn, her interest in Undergraduate Admission grew, as did her desire to return to her small liberal arts roots.

The opportunity to work for the first co-educational college in New England (and the promise of fresh seafood and pine-filled fields), led her to purchase a Subaru and move to Maine just over three years ago. Liz loves introducing students who wouldn’t traditionally think of a small liberal arts experience for college to one.
