J.J. Cummings &#8217;89, U.S. navy commanding officer, was the keynote speaker for the virtual dedication of the plaza, culminating a project that began in early 2018. The midday livestream, seen below, also featured college President Clayton Spencer, U.S. Rep. Jared Golden \u201911, Clark A.
