Celebrate the 12th annual Bates Days of Service in 2017 by participating in community service projects with fellow alumni, students, parents, and friends across the country. Cosponsored by the Office of Alumni & Family Engagement and the Harward Center for Community Partnerships, Days of Service celebrates the Bates traditions of informed civic action and stewardship of the wider world.

Sign up now for two 2017 Bates Days of Service events happening in Maine this April! Other Days of Service events will take place in July and August 2017.

Lewiston: Rebuilding Together

Saturday, April 29, 2017, 7 a.m.–4 p.m.
Volunteers will help repair and restore homes for those in need.

Phippsburg: Bates–Morse Mountain Cleanup

Saturday, April 29, 2017, 9 a.m.
Spend the day cleaning the beach and preparing it for the upcoming summer season with Bates friends. Lunch will be provided.
