Jeff Helm ’76, P’12

Jeff is a Risk Management Consultant specialization in managing the insurance and risk management needs of Massachusetts’ new cannabis industry guiding cultivators, dispensary, and adult-use operators and applicants.

Jen Crawford ’01

Jen is a Partner at Smith, Costello & Crawford and has led the cannabis licensing team for the past 5 years, advising clients on navigating the process for acquiring both medical and adult-use marijuana licenses and offering guidance on the complex and evolving regulatory requirements of the industry. SCC currently serves over 40 clients in the cannabis industry. 

Bob Whelan P’05

Bob is a Director at iAnthus Capital Holdings, Inc. and has an extensive background as an advisor to, investor in and board member of emerging growth companies in the US and Canada. Bob has served as a Director of ARIAD Pharmaceuticals and has consulted with CEOs, boards, and investors of emerging growth companies, on financing and strategic matters.

Rob is a Managing Partner at Riparian Partners LLC. Rob is a veteran of the financial services industry for over thirty years. His middle-market investment banking expertise includes all forms of equity capital raising, including ipos, private placements, follow-on offerings, convertible and preferred securities, as well as deep merger and acquisition/strategic advisory experience.
