FUTURE SKILL IN THE AGE OF AI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been said, \u201cAI might not replace you, but a person using AI could,\u201d (Fortune Magazine, April 25, 2023). Some people may feel threatened by the accelerating pace of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in our society, while others find it curious – or even exhilarating. What a perfect time to join an inviting space to explore both AI realities and possibilities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drawing on current published literature and our own ideation, we will deep dive into the skills needed to thrive in this new age. Some will come from ancient wisdom (mindfulness), others will require a reframe (critical thinking and problem-solving), and a few will require our super-power meta-skills (embracing a growth mindset). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Owner of Rockey Road Consulting, Rockey\u2019s career reflects the recrafting of progressive positions from field ecologist to organizational development leader; all of these focused on using her strengths and values. Drawing on her background in theater, improvisation, and development, she works with individuals and teams using Applied Improvisation, Change Leadership, and Ecosystems Thinking. Rockey is a Global Career Development Facilitator, an Executive Coach, and a ProSCI Certified Change Practitioner. These skills have enabled her to work with numerous individuals in their succession plans, career development, and learning development plans \u2013 at all levels of an organization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She holds a BS from Michigan State in Wildlife Biology and Ecology, a master’s from Central Michigan in Healthcare Administration, and a PsyD in Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She studies the relationships between self and group efficacy within the organizational context. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
