She specializes in well-being, career, and leadership growth. Her coaching is informed by positive psychology, positive intelligence, and 17 years of experience serving as a leader in the government. Lydia helps lawyers and leaders prioritize their well-being by cultivating sustainable habits of self-care and mental fitness. Her programs for individuals include improving mental fitness to \u201cbounce back\u201d from setbacks, well-being by design, and job makeover for better job satisfaction.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Lydia\u2019s academic background includes a BA with high honors from the University of Puerto Rico and a JD from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
