Inaugurated in 1998, the Phillips Society honors the landmark $9-million endowment bequest of Bates\u2019 fourth president, Charles F. Phillips, and his wife, Evelyn Minard Phillips. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Membership includes more than 550 alumni, parents, and friends who have provided for Bates in their estate plans, trusts, or other financial arrangements<\/a>. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We invite you to join us for student presentations at the Mount David Summit: A Celebration of Student Academic Achievement, which will take place following the luncheon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event provides an excellent opportunity to reconnect with fellow alumni and friends while enjoying a meal and celebrating the academic achievements of current Bates students. President Garry Jenkins will also be in attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
