Prior to his time at Sprint, Alex led Community Affairs for the NFL\u2019s Washington Commanders including the establishment of the team\u2019s first philanthropic foundation and the development of the team\u2019s signature community outreach programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A graduate of Bates College in Lewiston, Maine Alex lives in Falls Church, Virginia with his wife and two teenage daughters. A self-professed weather geek, Alex is known to check several Doppler radar apps on his phone during weather events. He has more than 40 years of sales &amp; marketing management, sales enablement, and leadership experience.&nbsp; Chuck most recently co-instructed a business methods course at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, as an Adjunct Professor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chuck was an award-winning sales and marketing leader at firms such as <strong>IBM<\/strong>, <strong>Hewlett Packard <\/strong>and <strong>Xerox, <\/strong>plus their subsidiaries and spinoffs. He is a certified instructor. He also worked for the cloud software company, <strong>ServiceNow, <\/strong>and internet start-up <strong>Cyveillance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While at Xerox, Chuck worked on the development of Xerox\u2019 offering for School to Work and Welfare to Work. On Capital Hill, he presented <strong>United States Congressional Testimony<\/strong> about&nbsp; Xerox\u2019 Veterans programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) from <strong>Bates College <\/strong>in Lewiston,&nbsp; Maine, and has done additional study in computing technologies at the State University of New York. His undergraduate thesis discussed business development in Harlem. He currently mentors undergraduates and alumni of Bates. Chuck is currently serving on the <strong>Bates College Alumni Council<\/strong>, which provides alumni input to the college. Dr. Carrie Diaz Eaton uses a mixed methods approach to research in complex adaptive and co-evolving systems. Their primary research area is in inclusive and interdisciplinary undergraduate STEM education. His focus is to understand the practical realities of building brands and capturing demand in a cybersecurity market that has a complex buyer&#8217;s journey. Most recently Kyle led a dramatic pivot in marketing strategy not only using AI but to also take advantage of the shifting buyer&#8217;s journey brought on by AI.
