2022 Alumni Big Game Day Schedule
We’re delighted to share this preliminary schedule to help you plan your Back to Bates visit. We will continue to add details, event times, and more.
+All guests must pre-register and agree to our health protocols:
✔ I agree that I will follow local COVID guidelines in effect on the day of the event.
✔ I agree that I will follow the campus visitor protocols in effect on the day of the event. Current visitor protocols require that to attend indoor events, visitors must be fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19, or have a negative COVID-19 test result within the previous 48 hours.
✔ I agree that if changes are made to campus visitor protocols between the date of my registration and the date of the event — including any changes to the current mask-optional status of campus — I will abide by those protocols in place on the day of the event.

| 12 – 5:30 pm | Welcome Center Library Arcade Make this your first stop when you arrive on campus to pick up name tags and pre-ordered BrewFestGrill tickets and be sure to enter the raffle for Bobcat superfan gear! |
| 2 – 3:30 pm | Alumni Awards Presentation and Dessert Reception Perry Atrium, Pettengill Hall Featuring remarks by Alumni Association President Kevin Moore ‘93 and the presentation of the annual Alumni Awards. Pre-registration required. | 4 – 7 pm | Bates BrewFestGrill Bardwell Street Tent (along Garcelon Field) Unfortunately, tickets for BrewFestGrill are sold out. Enjoy local beer, hard cider, and Bobcat Favorite Snacks! Safety protocols mandate a 300-person capacity at this event. As a result, registration is only open to alumni at this time for $20 per person. All guests must pre-register and agree to our health protocols. 21+ only; bring current ID for entry. |
