A. Committee Reports<\/p>\n
a. Vice President of Student Clubs (Julian Bardin \u201816)-<\/p>\n
-Bates Buddies:<\/p>\n
-ORB approved Bates Buddies<\/p>\n
-Bates Buddies has been functioning without actually being a club for a while<\/p>\n
-Club passes (41-0-0)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
b. Vice President of Student Committees (Tenzin Namdol \u201815)-<\/p>\n
-Committee interviews:<\/p>\n
-COC is finishing the interview process for committees<\/p>\n
-Decisions will be made and announced around Tuesday, April 1st<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
c. Treasurer (John Stansel \u201815)-<\/p>\n
-2014-2015 Budget:<\/p>\n
-Still do not know if they will get more money to allocate – Dean Goundie will let the Budget Committee know shortly<\/p>\n
– $5,000 in grievance fund<\/p>\n
-All club budgets cut around 4%<\/p>\n
-Budget passes (38-1-1)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n

a. Parliamentarian (Allen Sumrall \u201816)-<\/p>\n
-Constitutional Amendments:<\/p>\n
-Couldn\u2019t vote on amendments because we didn\u2019t have \u2154 of RA present<\/p>\n
-We will try to vote on those amendments next time<\/p>\n
