I originally attended culinary arts school and after years of working in the food service industry, I decided to pursue my original interest &#8211; biology. I study how aging changes the brain and how those changes can predispose some people to develop neurological diseases such as Parkinson&#8217;s disease or Alzheimer&#8217;s disease.
