Organize and Plan

Pull together people, data, and/or material resources into an order, arrangement or plan to meet objectives*

  • Learn to use productivity software and set up a tracking system to monitor your tasks and projects
  • Assist in an organization’s event or meeting planning
  • Get a part-time job working in an administrative role such as an Office Assistant at the Bates Center for Purposeful Work to gain experience scheduling using Google Calendar, and tracking data
  • Coordinate logistics for a project or event through working as an equipment or stage manager, or A.E.S.O.P. trip leader
