About<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Eric graduated from the Residential College at the University of Michigan with a degree in Philosophy. In Eric\u2019s prior work at Bates, he served as Coordinator for the Academic Resource Commons and Writing at Bates (Fall 2016 through Spring 2021) and Assistant Director of the Academic Resource Commons (Fall 2021 through Spring 2023). His primary goals in all of his work at Bates are focused on building collaborative systems and campus partnerships that support Bates students in their academic pursuits and support SASC\u2019s Peer Educators in their development as community leaders. Eric serves as a point of support for students who are seeking to improve their study skills, learning strategies, and executive function, both by meeting with students individually and by matching them with learning strategies tutors for additional support. Eric also facilitates study skills, learning strategies, and executive function workshops for classes, teams, and clubs.
