The Bates Communications and Marketing Office tells the college’s story across multiple channels to its many audiences. With broad expertise in marketing, media relations, multimedia, design, and print, digital, and social platforms, Bates Communications and Marketing (BCM) supports the college’s goals and provides strategic direction for its communications and marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BCM manages the college’s web presence and flagship domain, bates.edu<\/a>, publishes\u00a0Bates Magazine<\/a>,<\/em> and shares the latest from Bates\u00a0through Bates News<\/a>\u00a0(including such features as This Month at Bates<\/a>\u00a0and past features such as Campus Construction Update<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n The office administers Bates’ social media channels<\/a>, collaborates with our campus partners in sports information<\/a>, and facilitates a network of website editors across the college through the WordPress Community of Practice<\/a>.
