As a crazy tempeh lover, I’m excited whenever there’s tempeh at Vegan. Just want to ask if you can sometimes, especially during lunch time, fry the tempeh for a shorter period of time? They often get over-fried. It’s not only hard to chew, but no flavor gets to the inside. Thanks
