Salad at Vegan

I love the carrot salad with coconut chips, walnut and raisin at Saturday dinner and Sunday brunch! Big thanks to the chef and really hope to see it again in the future! I know we often have the carrot with raisin, but the additional coconut and walnut really elevate the taste
