Vegan Pad Thai Logistics
Any way we could have two pans of pad thai out during the big lunch rush? There is typically an open spot on the serving station right next to the pan of pad thai, it would make the line move a lot quicker!
Interestingly enough, we’ve tried this in the past and it did not help the line move more quickly because it’s the choosing and applying the toppings that is the real delay. On the next pad thai day we will be setting up a second topping station where the waffle station is. We’ll see if this helps.
