The vegan 7-layer dip (which in its vegan-ness didn&#8217;t have sour cream, which is my preference)(that is, preference for no sour cream) was a Wednesday treat! Of course the pizza is always good, and the apricot squares with the granola crust was perfect. Yum!<br><p>Most of all, thanks for all you do these next four days. I know it&#8217;s a holiday weekend for most of the country, and most of our staff, but you keep things humming for the groups on campus this summer, and it doesn&#8217;t go unnoticed nor unappreciated.
