Requests for an event with less than a five or ten business day notice are subject to a $150.00 late fee and product availability.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of wedding receptions, initial contact must be made with the Dining, Conferences and Campus Events Office at <a href=\"mailto:dccinfo@groups.bates.edu\">dccinfo@groups.bates.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>No wedding reception will be considered with less than a two month notice. There are special guidelines for scheduling\/planning a wedding reception which will be discussed at the time of booking. Please refer to the\u00a0 <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bates.edu\/conference\/weddings-ceremonies-2\">Weddings\/Ceremonies section<\/a> <\/strong>of this website for complete guidelines and more information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> prices include labor, linen and china. They do not include florals\/decorations.
