If you do not submit a final count, we will bill based on your initial estimate, or actual count whichever is higer<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,1,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Inclusions:<\/b> Buffet and served pricing includes labor, linens, and china. Florals and decor are extra.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,1,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">External Events:<\/b> Payment must be pre-arranged with the Dining, Conferences, and Campus Events Office.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Cancellations:<\/strong> Cancellations made with less than two working days&#8217; notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee. This fee is waived for events canceled due to inclement weather or extraordinary circumstances. Pick-up orders that are not picked up will be assessed a minimum 25% restocking fee.<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,1,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Delivery Fee:<\/b> Delivery orders will be assessed a $10.00 delivery fee<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Post Event Food Policy<\/strong> : Due to health regulations, all leftover food and unused items remain the property of Bobcat Catering; no refunds or credits will be issued. Removing leftover food, or equipment (serving platters, utensils etc.) from an event carries a minimum of a \u00a0$50.00 fee.
