We will return to regular grading practices and the longstanding Pass/Fail policy articulated in the course catalog. While the grading policy will revert to our existing practices, the Academic Standing Committee will expand significantly the grounds available to students seeking exceptions to the general petition guidelines, including waiving limitations for students whose petitions are directly linked to challenges arising from the pandemic. The members of the committee will evaluate petitions on a case-by-case basis.
