Below is an annotated list of resources you may find useful as you prepare for in person instruction during the ‘20-’21 academic year. We will add to this list as new resources emerge and we thank those of you who have made suggestions regarding links for inclusion.

  • Centering active learning methodologies, this document provides examples of how each one can be accomplished in multiple online and in person settings:
  • Created by Washington State University Professor Mike Caulfield this video offers a “Zoomflex” approach to conceptualizing teaching and learning 
  • Offering concrete ideas about how to engage in active learning in physically distanced classrooms, this piece is part of the larger “Transforming Teaching and Learning” dialogue being hosted by Inside Higher Education “that explores how colleges and professors are reimagining how they teach and how students learn” .
