The committee is comprised of five faculty members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2023-2024 Bates will participate in the COACHE faculty job satisfaction survey as part of a larger, campus-wide employee engagement effort.\u00a0COACHE, which has operated out of the Harvard Graduate School of Education since 2003 is a national survey that provides job satisfaction information to colleges.
