Land Back, rematriation and conservation work led by Indigenous peoples intersects with several of the key issues impacting the well-being and cultures of our Indigenous nations and peoples, including, but not limited to, environmental and climate justice, food sovereignty, health, and economic justice. In this talk, Dr. Ranco will explore the ways in which Wabanaki Tribal Nations are engaging this work in relation and partnership with land trusts and conservation organizations in Maine, and its impact on land relations and Tribal sovereignty.<\/p>\n
