The app is not required to use the machines, but provides helpful features such as machine availability status and the option to submit a service request if a machine is out of order. <\/p>\n\n\n\nApp Perks:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n- Online Monitoring:<\/strong> Check machine availability before heading to the laundry room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Reporting Machine Issues<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nIf you encounter an out-of-order machine, the fastest way to get it fixed is to report it directly to our service provider, CSC ServiceWorks. While we highly encourage you to utilize the One Tap Away app to report issues directly for the quickest vendor response, please rest assured that you are always welcome to report ongoing machine issues to the Bates Facility Services Work Control team.
