Terry Rolfe is joining Bates College as a Visiting Assistant Professor split between the Physics & Astronomy and the Earth & Climate Sciences departments. After completing his Ph.D. in Applied Physics at Portland State University in Oregon, Terry joined the University of Washington as a lab manager of a stable isotope laboratory in the Chemical Oceanography department. Terry’s research interests include the use of stable isotopes as tracers of source and sink processes, air-sea gas exchange, and modeling atmospheric greenhouse gases.
