Ricci"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Andy Elliot Ricci (they\/them) is an Assistant Professor of Digital and Computational Studies. They are a Computer Scientist with expertise in human-robot interaction (HRI) working at the intersection of technology, identity, and embodiment.<\/p>\n<p>They earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science at Cornell University with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and a minor in Information Science. They have a B.S. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Union College.<\/p>\n<p>Andy is the director of <strong>Bits &amp; Bots &amp; Bolts at Bates: an Interaction Design Lab<\/strong>.
