Our mesclun mix is pretty unique in the varieties of greens, and the number of varieties, that I put in. There\u2019s probably eight or 10 different lettuces, and then I put in arugula, tat soy, mizuma, red Russian kale, a couple of mustard greens, some beet greens that are very dark red, orach, which is also a bright dark red, cress and sometimes a few other little things. Very colorful and very flavorful, there&#8217;s spicy things and mild things, a lot of different shapes and textures.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Q: Do you have a signature product?
